Seeking a Real Estate Finance & Analytics Associate!

Job Description:
- Valuation Reporting: Collaborate with finance, asset management and portfolio management teams across the globe to prepare quarterly valuation materials presented to senior management and the committee. Partner with portfolio management and fund finance to manage the external review of our valuations
- Internal and External Reporting: Work collaboratively with investor relations and portfolio management to support the creation of quarterly and ad-hoc investor reporting. Materials include and are not limited to quarterly fund updates, marketing and due diligence materials, as well as the review of annual global investor conference. Partner with the finance and corporate FP&A teams, as it relates to SEC quarterly filings
- Re-Engineering Advancements: Involvement in strategic business initiatives and automation projects to enhance and streamline reporting processes on a global scale (includes London and Singapore)
- Forecasting: Report and analyze future realizations across +350 investments to assist with strategic positioning and management of cash flow for the Real Estate business as well as limited partners
- Special Projects: Participate in and support projects as the business continues to evolve and grow
- Internal and External Reporting
- Partner with Institutional Client Services and Portfolio Management to support the creation of quarterly and ad-hoc investor reporting
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance in conjunction with SEC quarterly filings and ad-hoc deliverable for Senior Management
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of Valuations or Transaction Services Experience from a PE Fund, Consulting Firm, or Public Accounting Firm
- PE Valuation Experience Required
