Job Description:
• Report into the SVP of Investment Performance Analytics
• The role will sit in the Investment Performance Analytics team and provide direct support to the firm’s clients and investors.
• Develop marketing materials and pitch books based on performance/data analytics
• Work with Investment & Marketing Teams and CFO’s to accurately deliver Fund and firm metrics, performance, and analytics data to CP’s investor base.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly surveys, templates and other data requests to support investment decisions
• Provide investment performance training and support to junior level staff
• Work with portfolio finance and information technology groups to standardize data and enable report automation.
• Assist SVP in the development and implementation of new investment performance reporting procedures
• Ad hoc projects
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Econ
• Strong Excel and Data Analytics background
• Investments across commercial, industrial, hotel, and residential properties
• 1-3 years experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
