Job Description:
The role will work alongside a 5-person team and work closely with cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the preparation of periodic filings with the SEC (10-K/Qs) and prepare related supporting schedules;
- Assist in the preparation of the U.S. GAAP disclosure checklist;
- Review and assist in the preparation of periodic earnings releases on 8-K and related materials such as earnings presentation (in conjunction with Investor Relations);
- Various ad-hoc projects
Requirements / Qualifications:
- CPA Certification
- 2-6 years of experience
- Public accounting background or public company SEC reporting experience
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, sumifs, etc.)
- Experience with Workiva (W-Desk) or Netsuite a plus
