Job Description:
- Develop strong fluency with Firm’s investment portfolio, including the Firm’s investment strategy, financial performance of credit investments, and ability to communicate same to investors.
- Work on and oversee the creation and preparation of investor reports, marketing materials, and investment performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the fund finance team to analyze portfolio metrics.
- Respond to ongoing LP data inquiries / information requests in coordination with various internal stakeholders (investments, finance, legal, etc.). Complete/take the lead on investor Due Diligence Questionnaires.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, roadshows, and events, ensuring high standards of communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with senior management to effectively communicate the firm’s vision, strategies, and investment opportunities to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to offer insights and strategic recommendations. Leverage data and industry information to conduct market and competitive analyses.
- Work in coordination with Finance and Legal/Compliance to ensure onboarding of LPs and compliance with side letter obligations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 5 to 10 years of experience in investor relations within private markets.
• A strong analytical background and business acumen with a deep understanding of investments, finance and accounting. Advanced modeling and excel skills.
• Proven work ethic and ability to meet stringent deadlines for time-sensitive requests.
• Strong business writing skills and ability to articulate complex information in a digestible format for sophisticated investors.
• Keen attention to detail and drive for accuracy in work product with ability to manage competing priorities.
