Job Description:
- Prepare schedules and supporting package to reconcile quarterly NAV and waterfall with the
- administrator
- Prepare, review and maintain performance calculations (ROR/IRR/MOIC/DPI)
- Work closely with the administrator to reconcile parallel books and records
- Prepare workpapers for quarterly reporting; including transparency, regulatory and risk reporting
- Assist with preparation of quarterly financial reporting and year-end audit report
- Prepare supporting packages for capital call and distribution notices
- Participate in technology initiatives
- Complete ad hoc requests and projects from senior management and investors
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of professional experience ideally in both public and private accounting, or at an
- administrator, with a focus on Credit and/or PE
- CPA preferred
- Waterfall experience a must
- Technology skills – advanced Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables); technical and data management a big plus (e.g., Power BI, waterfall allocation tools, VPM etc.)
- Strong attention to detail; analytical mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Organized, flexible, detail-oriented and quick learner
