Our client, a global alternative investment firm is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst.

Job Description:
• Assist with the daily reconciliation of cash & positions across multiple prime broker and
custody relationships
o Product types: Equities, bonds, options, FX’s, opportunistic credit, private equity,
real estate etc
o Structures: Master/feeders, managed accounts, special purpose vehicles, etc
• Conduct regular review work to ensure all cash and position breaks are properly
documented, sourced, and resolved in a timely manner
• Liaise with administrator and other in-house teams to ensure both the firm’s books and
month-end reconciliation work align with those of our administrator
• Prepare month-end packages (final reconciliations and diagnostics) to assist with verification
of month-end NAV’s
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of work experience, and the ideal candidate will have experience from an
administrator or another fund/bank
• If the candidate is coming from another fund, he/she should have experience conducive to
taking on the above-listed responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
