Seeking an Associate to be a key member of our Investor Relations team. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the global investor relations process.

Job Description:

• Interface with other teams (investments, risk, finance, loan operations and legal/compliance) for preparation and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, one-page summaries, performance tables and due diligence documents

• Manage the timely and accurate completion of quarterly investor reporting, investor
diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) and other follow-up items from potential investor
meetings
• Prepare portfolio performance analysis, maintain historical track records and various return
attributions
• Create topical materials for investor outreach and relevant updates
• Populate consultant and other databases with firm and product information
• Support senior fundraising team members on investor targeting, investor outreach and
relationship development efforts
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of quarterly marketing materials, coordinating
with compliance for error-free, on-time delivery to prospective investors
• Organize and manage fundraising process leveraging CRM system (fund commitments, meeting notes, investor tracking and report creation)
• Interact with fund administrators and handle administrative investor requests
• Assist in planning, organizing, and preparing senior staff for external LPACs, webinars, conferences, AGMs, diligence meetings, and other investor meetings
• Prepare meeting prep materials for senior external facing staff
• Attend in-office or virtual client meetings and investor due diligence meetings
• Perform special projects on an ad-hoc basis


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong undergraduate track record
• Minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience in a related field such as investment
banking (leveraged finance, financial sponsors, and mergers and acquisitions groups
preferred), investor relations, data analytics, accounting and/or buy side experience
• Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong database software experience
• Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency
• Strong communication (written & oral), organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
