Looking for a Capital Solutions Senior Associate to focus on product management
and development across the firm’s growth equity fundraising efforts.

Job Description:

• Develop effective marketing and fundraising strategies for the firm’s investment products
• Prepare marketing materials and refine product messaging throughout fundraising processes
• Work with investment team to create commentary on investment themes, monthly/quarterly
performance contributors and value drivers
• Evaluate, analyze and craft messaging for fund-level performance and key portfolio metrics
• Respond to investor requests and prepare team for investor due diligence meetings
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance product offerings and processes
• Complete ad-hoc investor product related due diligence questions; support capital raising efforts
through completion of RFPs/DDQs
• Create ad-hoc analyses/slides to promote key product differentiators and competitive advantages
• Maintain and manage customized investor reporting
• Actively participate in monthly or quarterly review calls with clients
• Track pipeline of investors for key products, working with senior product specialists to drive
AUM growth; help to manage key components of fund closings working closely with client
service, marketers and legal team
• Work with coverage team to identify new potential investors for the firm’s investment products
• Support coverage team with existing investor relationships across all aspects of client service,
including portfolio updates and investor requests


Requirements / Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an investor relations/business development role at an
alternative asset manager or alternative asset placement agent strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• In-depth understanding of risk management principles, risk mitigation strategies, and
regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, adept with financial data and ability to
summarize into digestible facts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to craft narratives in
presentation format
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills; proactive team contributor
• An ability to fit into a cohesive team and highly demanding work environment
