One of the leading credit asset managers is looking to hire a senior associate to join its structured products team, which supports their Direct Lending, Broadly Syndicated Loan and Credit Opportunities businesses. This individual will be responsible for structuring and negotiating middle market secured lending facilities.

Job Description:
- Structuring secured bank line transactions including traditional asset pool financings, NAV facilities, total return swaps, and repo facilities
- Research and develop product ideas related to new business opportunities
- Build relationships with existing and prospective syndicate partners
- Coordinate with Treasury and Operations to ensure a smooth closing of transactions
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the structured finance space
- Excellent financial transaction modeling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical skills
