The firm’s Accounting & Finance team is very lean and looking for the right person to join and contribute. This person will have exposure to all aspects of fund accounting and some finance, a true mix of everything.

Job Description:
Oversee and manage daily accounting operations for investment funds.
Prepare and review financial statements, investor reports, and capital account statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
Assist with the coordination of fund audits and liaise with external auditors.
Monitor fund performance and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
Reconcile bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions.
Assist in preparing regulatory filings and compliance reports.
Support investor relations by responding to inquiries and providing financial data.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years of Big 4 Audit with PE Clients
- CPA or Parts Passed Preferred
- Good Schooling
- Clean Background
- NYC 4x Per Week
