Job Description:
• Work closely with the team members to evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Assist with performing detailed cash-flow modeling for new investment opportunities
• Assist with performing due diligence on transactions
• Prepare internal investment approval memorandums and presentations
• Prepare surveillance and analytics analyses for company’s structured credit portfolios
• Complete monthly and quarterly mark-to-market for portfolios
• Prepare portfolio, deal, and underlying collateral reports
• Interface with internal accounting, operations, risk, and support teams
• Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools
- Knowledge of structured credit products (e.g., CDOs, CLOs, RMBS, ABS)
- Understanding of credit risk and capital markets
