A top alternative investment manager is seeking a Trading Ops Asst role, who will sit on desk working directly with the Head of Credit Trading. This person must be able to work in fast paced environment. They also must have great communication skills/pedigree and be able to work 4 days in their Greenwich, CT office.

Job Description:
· Work closely with capital allocators and senior management to determine position sizes and rationale
· Order entry and security setup
· Prepare and maintain investment allocation spreadsheets / OMS notes
· Manage Co-investor requirements/reporting for private deals at time of trade
· Coordinate with OMS Provider and compliance on set-up for investment guidelines for any new funds
· Contact with sell-side to monitor OWICs, BWICs, etc.
· Monitor trading reports, daily updates, new issue calendar, etc.
· Ad-hoc projects and reporting request
Requirements / Qualifications:
· Minimum GPA of 3.3
· Knowledge of Credit Products a must
· Familiarity with fund structure
· High attention to detail
· Quantitative
· Mature social skills / EQ
· Strong work ethic and ability to accommodate irregular schedules.
