Seeking a Vice President to expand the firm’s Credit Operations team!

Job Description:
- Experience with Leverage Loan (Broadly Syndicated) asset class as it relates to processing capital activity and booking of income and amortizations
- Keen understanding of portfolio needs to meet month-end and quarter end processing deadlines for reporting
- Experience with Core Credit Ops Systems: Order Management (Trading), Compliance, Data Flows, Fintech products / systems for CLO Management (Issuer Level, Security Level, and Trade Level Data schematics); Accounting systems a plus.
- Strong Analytics: proficient understanding of Data requirements for CLO Business, Security Master, Trade Management, Downstream reporting; Ad hoc analysis; Manage data project deadlines across different business lines for operational data.
- Deep Knowledge of S&P Products: Loan Platforms, Clearpar, Entity Management, Pricing, WSO Web; WSO on Prem;
- Ability to connect dots around the Life Cycle of a Leverage Loan Trade
- LSTA & LMA Trading Documents: Traded Confirms, Assignments, Funding Memos, Pricing Letters, Participations
- Knowledge of the full lifecycle of a CLO vehicle for an active CLO management business: setting up new warehouses, new issue CLOs, CLO resets, re-investing CLOs, post-reinvest CLOs, CLO Refinancings, and CLO redemption is a plus.
- Daily Trading Desk support
- Life Cycle of a Trade for Broadly Syndicated Loans: Allocations, Settlement, Post Settlement & Portfolio Administration; Corporate Actions processing, execution, portfolio updates
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Credit Operations
