Job Description:
- Assist in managing capital raising initiatives across the firm’s investment strategies by investor relationship development
- Support capital formation in the growth of investor capital and the formation of new investment vehicles
- Oversee project management and pitches
- Oversight of codification of strategy/structure/sponsor messaging, marketing/sales materials, fund documentation, compliance, investor due diligence and closings for the investment vehicle
- Existing Investors -provide updates on the performance of relevant investment vehicles, the Firm’s economic outlook and trends in the real estate and capital markets
- Potential Investors-meet with clients, prospects and/or intermediaries to explain the investment philosophy, process and performance of specific real estate investment products
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years in related field (investment or financial services)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, internal and external professional communications
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills
