Job Description:
- Lead month-end close process, including completing a NAV package with all the relevant supporting documentation, calculating management and performance figures, assisting with regulatory reporting
- Review quarterly and annual financial statements prepared by the administrator
- Work on various models and review expense analysis and other projections
- Lead discussions with various vendors and third-party providers of services including administrators, custodians, transfer agents and valuation firms
- Identify and analyze daily cash activity for various fund entities and coordinate with the administrator and the deal team for activities
- In Office 4x Per Week in Durham, North Carolina
- Compensation: Up to $190K (Base + Bonus)
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5-8 Years of Big 4 Audit (with Fund Clients) AND Direct Fund Accounting Experience
- Some Public Accounting Experience Required
- CPA or Parts Passed Preferred, Not Required
