Job Description:
- Lead firm-wide financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting across investment strategies and corporate functions
- Develop and maintain integrated enterprise models linking revenue, expenses, headcount, and capital requirements
- Own analysis of management-company economics, including management fee revenue, expense allocations, and firm-level profitability
- Model the economics of investment strategies to support corporate planning, operating runway, and long-term platform growth
- Develop dashboards and KPIs providing leadership with real-time visibility into financial performance and AUM growth
- Synthesize complex financial data into executive-ready narratives and presentations for Management Committee and Board
- Partner across Finance, Corporate Development, Investment, and Operations teams on firm-wide planning initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytical processes through automation and enhanced planning systems
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy within an alternative asset manager or financial institution
- Experience supporting enterprise-level planning, forecasting, and management-company economics across multi-entity structures
- Background in investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance preferred
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and decision support skills
- Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies, capital structures, and management-company economics
