During Jonathan’s long tenure in account management, sales and new business development, he forged important relationships with many of the leading investment banks, broker dealers, and asset management firms. Before joining Mission, Jonathan was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at a large consultant staffing firm.

Jaime has been with Mission Staffing for over seven years, where she has utilized her passion for helping and guiding others to build partnerships with both hiring managers and candidates. Philip began his career in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, then transitioned to the sell-and-buy side. After PwC, he helped grow the Prime Brokerage business at Deutsche Bank. Philip left Deutsche to work with some of Wall Street’s most powerful hedge funds, including Satellite Asset Management, Saba Capital and Sandell Asset Management.
Philip holds a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Jesse is a Managing Director and Head of our Middle Office and Execution Division, where he leads recruitment across Middle Office Operations, Trade Execution, Portfolio Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Wealth Management. Jesse graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Economics and has over five years in buyside investment recruiting experience.
Paul Herman, Partner is responsible for strengthening Mission’s core recruitment operations and overseeing the direct hire recruitment business. His career spans over a decade specializing in alternative asset management search and business management operations. Paul’s recruitment focus consists of Investor Relations/Business Development, Investment Professionals, and operations placement.
Alec started his career as an accountant at PwC and WP Carey before moving into recruitment. Alec spent seven years at Atlas Search where he ran the Accounting and Finance recruitment division, helping the firm grow from ten people to over one hundred. Alec joined Mission Staffing in 2023 as a Partner, overseeing the direct hire Accounting and Finance recruitment division.
Alexandra is a Vice President within the Front Office Division where she is responsible for the placement of professionals within the following areas: Business Development / Marketing, Investor Relations, Consultant Relations, Product Specialists, and Investor Services. Samantha (“Sam”) is a woman anxious to do her best & be her best. Since becoming a recruiter in 2004, she has served as a leader and role model to others and a true partner to clients and candidates.
Before becoming a recruiter, Sam earned her CPA and acquired almost 10 years of industry experience. She started her career at a Big 4 CPA firm, followed by time at two major investment banks where she gained diverse exposure to people and issues within the accounting and finance industry. Sam’s experience has given her an inside view that she now uses to help her formulate a strategic approach to recruiting. But beyond strategy alone, she makes sure the recruitment process is personal: “Every individual is different, and I make a point to truly listen to – not just hear – what each of my clients and candidates says so that I can respond appropriately to their needs.”

He began his career in credit at JPMorgan before moving to Fitch Ratings. Eric has over four years in buyside investment recruiting experience, with a focus in alternatives and credit.
