Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on strategic growth opportunities, including financial analyses using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS for evaluating investments, and review company financial performance.
- Prepare detailed models, investment Committee Research presentation materials, and investor communications, including financial forecasts, reporting, and estimates.
- Coordinate transaction execution and deal closing processes with Senior Management/Board of Directors, and support acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing Teams, and oversee back-testing of investment analytical frameworks and cash-flow forecasts
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1-7 years of real estate experience
- Real estate/ development cash flow modeling experience
- 3-4 days in office in West Palm Beach
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
