Job Description:
- Screen potential investment opportunities, including attending meetings with operating partners and traveling to evaluate new deals
- Prepare underwriting models and market research summaries for investment committee meetings
- Lead and coordinate due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including financial, legal, and market review
- Assist in managing existing investments, including monitoring market performance, refinancings, and dispositions
- Prepare investor reporting and presentation materials, including fund updates and deal level summaries
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in investment banking or private equity
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Real estate experience preferred
- Self starter who thrives in a lean, fast paced environment with significant individual responsibility
