Job Description:
Conduct financial and credit analysis of new investment opportunities.
Build detailed financial models, including cash flow and covenant scenarios.
Perform industry and market research to support investment decisions.
Support deal execution, including due diligence coordination and documentation review.
Assist in structuring and negotiating loan terms and credit agreements.
Monitor portfolio company performance and covenant compliance.
Analyze financial reports and recommend responses to underperformance or risks.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of capital structures, loan documentation, and credit metrics.
- Strong credit analysis and financial statement interpretation abilities.
- Ability to prepare and present clear, concise investment memos and analysis to senior team members or committees.
Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, including cash flow projections, covenant analysis, and sensitivity modeling.
