Job Description:
• Evaluate investment opportunities across corporate credit, specialty finance, structured credit, and equity.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and downside scenarios.
• Analyze complex capital structures, transaction terms, and legal documentation.
• Conduct company, industry, and asset-level due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior investment professionals.
• Monitor portfolio investments and identify new investment opportunities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2–8+ years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, private credit, special situations, distressed investing, or hedge funds.
• Strong financial modeling and credit underwriting skills.
• Experience evaluating both debt and equity investments preferred.
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in complex, event-driven investment opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
