Job Description:
- Underwrite and execute fund finance transactions across private credit and alternative investment managers.
- Perform detailed credit analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence on prospective borrowers.
- Evaluate fund structures, underlying portfolios, leverage, liquidity, and overall credit risk.
- Prepare credit approval materials and present recommendations to internal credit committees.
- Assist with structuring, documentation, and execution of new financing transactions.
- Monitor existing portfolio exposures and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years of relevant credit underwriting, corporate banking, leveraged finance, fund finance, or credit risk experience.
- Strong fundamental corporate credit and financial analysis skills.
- Experience underwriting loans and assessing downside risk.
- Understanding of credit structures, documentation, and lending processes.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
