Job Description:
• Source, evaluate, and underwrite investment opportunities across asset-based finance, structured credit, and related markets.
• Lead financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and execution of prospective investments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with originators, investors, counterparties, and other market participants.
• Evaluate investment opportunities across a range of asset classes and financing structures.
• Present investment recommendations and transaction analysis to senior investment professionals.
• Support broader capital markets and sourcing initiatives while helping expand the firm’s external relationships.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Relevant experience across asset-based finance, structured credit, securitized products, capital markets, or related investment strategies.
• Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and investment evaluation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, counterparties, and market participants.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a personable, commercial, and relationship-oriented approach.
• High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced investment environment.
• Ability to work in the firm’s New York City office.
