Job Description:
- Work directly with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and set value creation plans.
- Mentor and advise C-Suite executives on strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Identify the most impactful EBITDA levers in a business and partner with management to implement actionable improvement initiatives.
- Drive top-line revenue growth through strategic planning, product development, and market expansion.
- Streamline supply chains, improve product development cycles, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans across all facets of portfolio company operations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Hands-on operational experience strongly preferred; management consulting background a plus.
- Private equity turnaround experience; private credit experience a plus.
- Deep understanding of various industries and business models.
- Data-driven approach using financials, operational metrics, and KPIs to drive decision-making.
- High EQ with the ability to adapt communication style to different management teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence and trust rather than positional authority.
