Job Description:
  • Work directly with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and set value creation plans.
  • Mentor and advise C-Suite executives on strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
  • Identify the most impactful EBITDA levers in a business and partner with management to implement actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Drive top-line revenue growth through strategic planning, product development, and market expansion.
  • Streamline supply chains, improve product development cycles, and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans across all facets of portfolio company operations.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Hands-on operational experience strongly preferred; management consulting background a plus.
  • Private equity turnaround experience; private credit experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of various industries and business models.
  • Data-driven approach using financials, operational metrics, and KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • High EQ with the ability to adapt communication style to different management teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence and trust rather than positional authority.
