Job Description:
- Source and underwrite private credit investment opportunities in partnership with sponsors across upper middle market and large companies.
- Perform PE-style due diligence across a broad range of industries and transaction types.
- Support the full investment lifecycle including diligence, investment committee approval, execution, portfolio management, and exit activity.
- Work closely with Capital Markets and other investment teams to structure and execute transactions across public and private markets.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and evaluate add-on transactions following deal close.
- Own workstreams independently with limited oversight at the Analyst and Associate level.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience in investment banking, credit, lending, or a relevant buyside role.
- Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, or Restructuring experience preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams with limited oversight.
