Jonathan has built Mission Staffing into one of the most successful Financial Services staffing agencies in the New York metropolitan area. Jonathan is enterprising and passionate, meeting every challenge with energy and imagination. He has occupied the leading edge of the job market by creating a dedicated team of industry professionals, that has embraced his trademark resourcefulness to meet the most critical client requests. An industry veteran, Jonathan has developed a vast client base that includes Fund Managers, CFO’s and COO’s across the asset management space. He’s a dependable source of market intelligence, competitor and industry analysis.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
A partner at the firm, Brett oversees a number of our top clients, spanning the hedge fund, private equity, real estate, investment banking and consulting industries. With over 15 years of recruiting experience in the direct hire accounting and finance space, Brett’s business and personal relationships give our clients and job-seeker significant insights and advantages. Prior to joining Mission Staffing, Brett worked in the Client Services/Prime Brokerage Group at Morgan Stanley, managing hedge fund relationships.
Brett graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Philip brings an impressive resume and a wealth of experience to his work at Mission. Philip began his career in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, then transitioned to the sell-and-buy side. After PwC, he helped grow the Prime Brokerage business at Deutsche Bank. Philip left Deutsche to work with some of Wall Street’s most powerful hedge funds, including Satellite Asset Management, Saba Capital and Sandell Asset Management.
Philip holds a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
Jaime has been with Mission Staffing for over seven years, where she has utilized her passion for helping and guiding others to build partnerships with both hiring managers and candidates. In addition to building an effective network of relationships with top tier financial services firms in NYC, Jaime has established an extensive roster of potential candidates, which has allowed her to deliver vetted talent in short turnaround times. Jaime has experience recruiting for finance and accounting professionals in the NYC market.
Jaime graduated from Emory University in 2012 and began her career in retail finance prior to joining Mission Staffing.
With over 13-years of Executive Search experience, Ray’s seasoned knowledge of the market is an invaluable asset to both Mission Staffing and its clients. Ray comes to Mission via Green Key Resources where he concentrated on Executive Search within the field of financial services. At Mission, Ray specializes in sourcing accounting and finance professionals from many of the boutique and leading public accounting, alternative asset management and bulge bracket banks firms.
Our most tenured employee, Dave joined Mission Staffing over decade ago. Dave has come to embody the ethos of the organization — placing people first. Outgoing and personable, Dave’s solid record as a top recruiter is due to his thoroughness and thoughtfulness. He’s forged strong relationships with management teams across some of the most notable firms across the alternative asset management.
A graduate of Monroe College, with a degree in Accounting, Michelle works as the Executive Assistant to the company’s founder. Michelle’s attention to detail, combined with her strong communication skills, are a perfect combination for success in the fast-paced and pressure-filled environment of Executive Search.
Meagan is a Co-Head of our Temporary and Consultant Services division. Meagan oversees the placement process within accounting, finance, quantitative & risk, regulatory, legal, compliance, administrative or office services, at banks, broker dealers, investment management firms and management vendors.
Meagan is a Financial Services expert whose recruiting experience spans over 16 years. Meagan graduated from SUNY Albany, where she majored in Finance and minored in Criminal Justice.
Jonathan is Co Head of our Temporary & Consultant Services division. During Jonathan’s long tenure in account management, sales and new business development, he forged important relationships with many of the leading investment banks, broker dealers, and asset management firms. His areas of expertise include accounting, finance, operations, administrative, technology, risk, legal and compliance. Before joining Mission, Jonathan was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at a large consultant staffing firm.
Jonathan majored in Communications at Indiana University.
Max one of our rising stars works as an Assistant Vice President in our Consultant and Temporary Services Division. Max joined Mission after graduating from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Human Development. Hardworking, resourceful and dedicated, Max epitomizes the ethos of our company, meeting every challenge with energy and optimism. Max specializes in placing accounting, finance, compliance and administrative professionals.
Katie is an Executive Recruiter in the Temporary and Consultant Services Division. Her areas of expertise include accounting, finance, operations, administrative, legal and compliance. Katie is personable, professional and resourceful. She takes great pride in her position at Mission and treats her candidates with respect and professionalism.
Katie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing.
Dave Cornachio is a Director supporting Mission’s Temporary and Consultant Services practice. Dave is a graduate of Northeastern University, and started his career in Investment Banking Operations before finding his passion for Recruiting. Dave is an industry leader, managing successful teams in the consultant, and temporary staffing space.
Lauren Marrero is a Senior Executive Recruiter supporting the Temporary & Consultant practice. Upon graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware, Lauren decided to combine her interest in business and her passion for working with people to pursue a career in executive search. Lauren is a highly reliable search specialist for positions within Accounting, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Trade Operations. She’s passionate about her job and dedicated in taking her candidates through the recruitment process from start to finish.
