An industry veteran, Jonathan has developed a vast client base that includes Fund Managers, CFO’s and COO’s across the asset management space. Jonathan graduated from the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
A partner at the firm, Brett oversees a number of our top clients, spanning the hedge fund, private equity, real estate, investment banking and consulting industries. With over 15 years of recruiting experience in the direct hire accounting and finance space, Brett’s business and personal relationships give our clients and job-seeker significant insights and advantages. Prior to joining Mission Staffing, Brett worked in the Client Services/Prime Brokerage Group at Morgan Stanley, managing hedge fund relationships.
Brett graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Paul Herman, Partner is responsible for strengthening Mission’s core recruitment operations and overseeing the direct hire recruitment business. His career spans over a decade specializing in alternative asset management search and business management operations. Paul’s recruitment focus consists of Investor Relations/Business Development, Investment Professionals, and operations placement.
Jonathan is Co Head of our Temporary & Consultant Services division. During Jonathan’s long tenure in account management, sales and new business development, he forged important relationships with many of the leading investment banks, broker dealers, and asset management firms. His areas of expertise include accounting, finance, operations, administrative, technology, risk, legal and compliance. Before joining Mission, Jonathan was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at a large consultant staffing firm.
Jonathan majored in Communications at Indiana University.
Max is a seasoned staffing professional and the newly appointed Executive Director of our Temporary Staffing division. With over eight years of experience at Mission, Max has played a pivotal role in connecting top-tier financial and professional services firms in the tri-state area with highly skilled talent. Known for his professionalism, industry knowledge, and reliability, Max partners closely with HR and Finance leaders to identify and place technical professionals in critical roles. His expertise spans strategic workforce planning, candidate evaluation, and delivering tailored staffing solutions that align with the unique needs of each client.

Alec started his career as an accountant at PwC and WP Carey before moving into recruitment. Alec spent seven years at Atlas Search where he ran the Accounting and Finance recruitment division, helping the firm grow from ten people to over one hundred. Alec joined Mission Staffing in 2023 as a Partner, overseeing the direct hire Accounting and Finance recruitment division.
Dave Cornachio is a Director supporting Mission’s Temporary and Consultant Services practice. Dave is a graduate of Northeastern University, and started his career in Investment Banking Operations before finding his passion for Recruiting. Dave is an industry leader, managing successful teams in the consultant, and temporary staffing space.
Tim is a Managing Director within the Front Office Division where he is responsible for the placement of professionals within the following areas: Business Development / Marketing, Investor Relations, Consultant Relations, Product Specialists, and Investor Services. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics and has 5+ years of buy-side recruitment experience. In his free time Tim is an avid golfer, fisherman, a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles and Liverpool FC fan, and enjoys summering in Cape Cod.
Eric is a Managing Director and Head of the Investments Division, where he leads recruitment in the alternatives and hedge fund space. He began his career in credit at JPMorgan before moving to Fitch Ratings. Eric has over four years in buyside investment recruiting experience, with a focus in alternatives and credit. He graduated with Honors from the University of Connecticut in 2013 with a B.S. in Finance.
Hannah is an Associate, Executive Recruiter in the Temporary & Consultant Services Division. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Applied Science and Economics. Before joining Mission Staffing, she began her career as a Technical Recruiter but now focuses on sourcing and placing candidates across all sectors within finance.
Jesse is a Managing Director and Head of our Middle Office and Execution Division, where he leads recruitment across Middle Office Operations, Trade Execution, Portfolio Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Wealth Management. Jesse graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Economics and has over five years in buyside investment recruiting experience.
Rachel is an experienced Associate, Executive Recruiter in the finance industry with over three years of expertise. She has been with Mission for almost a year and plays a pivotal role in identifying top talent for clients. A graduate of Indiana University in 2020, Rachel began her recruitment career right out of college and has since honed her skills in sourcing and placing high-level professionals, contributing to the success of the companies she works with.
Jaime has been with Mission Staffing for over seven years, where she has utilized her passion for helping and guiding others to build partnerships with both hiring managers and candidates. In addition to building an effective network of relationships with top tier financial services firms in NYC, Jaime has established an extensive roster of potential candidates, which has allowed her to deliver vetted talent in short turnaround times. Jaime has experience recruiting for finance and accounting professionals in the NYC market.
Jaime graduated from Emory University in 2012 and began her career in retail finance prior to joining Mission Staffing.
Laura is an Associate, Executive Recruiter at Mission Staffing. She specializes in placing people on a Consulting, Temporary and Permanent basis within the Financial Services industry. Her areas of expertise include accounting, finance, operations, administration, legal, and compliance. Laura attended and played D1 Water Polo at Iona University, graduating with a B.A in Psychology, and a M.A in I/O Psychology.
Philip brings an impressive resume and a wealth of experience to his work at Mission. Philip began his career in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, then transitioned to the sell-and-buy side. After PwC, he helped grow the Prime Brokerage business at Deutsche Bank. Philip left Deutsche to work with some of Wall Street’s most powerful hedge funds, including Satellite Asset Management, Saba Capital and Sandell Asset Management.
Philip holds a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
Alexandra is a Vice President within the Front Office Division where she is responsible for the placement of professionals within the following areas: Business Development / Marketing, Investor Relations, Consultant Relations, Product Specialists, and Investor Services. Alex has over 10 years in the recruitment industry, building deep relationships with both candidates and clients globally across hedge funds, private equity, private credit and asset managers.
Jenna is Vice President within Mission’s front office recruitment practice, focused on placing investment processionals within the hedge fund, real estate, private credit and asset management space. Jenna has significant experience building deep relationships with both candidates and clients within the alternatives industry and started her career within investment banking prior to transitioning into Front Office Search.
Mike is a Vice President within Mission’s front office recruitment practice, focused on placing investment processionals within the hedge fund, real estate, private credit and asset management space. Mike has significant experience building deep relationships with both candidates and clients within the alternatives industry and started his career at Long Ridge Partners, focused on placing investment professional prior to joining Missions’ Front Office recruitment practice.
Amanda is a Vice President and all-around athlete, leading the Office Support Division at Mission. She is specialized within the following areas: Human Resources, Administrative Support, Office/Facilities Management, and Events. Amanda has extensive experience within relationship management. She has the proven ability to produce high quality results for both candidates and clients across the alternative asset management space. Amanda attended and played D1 lacrosse at University of Michigan and University of Southern California, graduating with a B.A in Communications from USC.
Michaela handled Recruitment Operations for our Temporary and Consulting division. She plays a vital role in supporting the recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks. Her strong organizational abilities and commitment ensure the team operates smoothly. She earned her degree from Florida State University in 2019.
Our most tenured employee, Dave joined Mission Staffing over decade ago. Dave has come to embody the ethos of the organization — placing people first. Outgoing and personable, Dave’s solid record as a top recruiter is due to his thoroughness and thoughtfulness. He’s forged strong relationships with management teams across some of the most notable firms across the alternative asset management.
Nick is a Vice President within Mission’s financial services practice, focused on the placement of Middle Office Operations, Trade Execution, Portfolio Finance, Treasury, Risk, Marketing and Wealth Management Professionals. Nick has significant experience building deep relationships with both candidates and clients within alternatives and asset management industry. Nick received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and Masters from Rutgers University.

Ray comes to Mission via Green Key Resources where he concentrated on Executive Search within the field of financial services.
