Job Description:
• Underwrite, execute, and monitor fund-level investment opportunities across private credit.
• Evaluate credit secondaries, fund financing, and co-investment opportunities.
• Analyze LP-led and GP-led transactions across direct lending, opportunistic, distressed, and special situations strategies.
• Perform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and due diligence on prospective investments.
• Prepare investment recommendations and present findings to senior investment professionals.
• Support investment sourcing, execution, portfolio monitoring, and client-facing initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with demonstrated academic achievement.
• 2–4 years of relevant investment or advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting, credit, and financial valuation concepts.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Intellectual curiosity with a self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
