Job Description:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance all aspects of the private deal life cycle
- Overseeing the monthly closing process for the portfolios
- Reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Ensure compliance with key financial reporting controls and ensuring that evidentiary matter is appropriately documented
- Managing and enhancing the accounting and operations of asset transfers
- Oversee cash management for our strategy including resolution of cash breaks
- Ad hoc assistance in the research of technical guidance and implementation of new accounting pronouncements
- Reviewing consolidated fund information within the strategy
- Assisting in the preparation of a variety of ad-hoc requests from client services and the investment team
- Manage the delivery of projects and continuous process improvements for key deliverables and projects assigned
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Private Credit Experience Required
- 10+ Years Private or Combo Fund Accounting Experience
- 3x a Week in office
