Job Description:
  • Establish and administer global corporate governance committees, ensuring effective oversight and consistent approval policies and practices
  • Develop and maintain asset management risk frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Lead risk education and awareness initiatives to strengthen risk ownership across the business
  • Provide risk and governance guidance on strategic initiatives, product development, change management, and business integration
  • Partner with second- and third-line teams on governance, risk framework reviews, and regional risk support
  • Drive risk culture initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operating processes
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members across U.S. and European locations

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of risk and governance experience
  • Asset management experience required, either within an investment manager or an asset management division of a financial institution
  • Demonstrated corporate governance experience, including establishing and administering global committees
  • Experience working across all three lines of defense
  • Strong understanding of asset management risk frameworks, governance, and oversight
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional risk teams
  • Philadelphia presence with a 3x per week in-office schedule
  • Compensation up to $240K base / $325K total compensation
