Job Description:
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes across business units
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reporting tools
- Analyze business performance and evaluate financial scenarios to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with expense allocation and cost reporting initiatives
- Enhance reporting infrastructure through SQL-based data modeling and workflow automation
- Partner with technology teams to source, validate, and improve financial data
- Maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and analytics processes
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated project management and collaboration abilities
- Required experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve reporting and business processes
- Strong SQL experience required
- Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and data management
- Exposure to Python, dbt, Git, or similar tools preferred
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding platforms preferred
- Front-end development experience is a plus
