Job Description:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, graphs, and presentations for senior management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across corporate functions
• Assist with data extraction, financial modeling, and dashboard/report development
• Monitor operating performance and analyze trends, KPIs, and financial variances
• Help develop scorecards, measurement tools, and performance metrics
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and executive reporting
• Identify operating efficiencies and support cost reduction initiatives
• Analyze revenue and expense trends across the business
• Support strategic and transformation-related projects requested by senior leadership
• Collaborate with FP&A team members to support overall business goals and operational performance
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2+ years of FP&A experience within financial services, ideally from a fund environment
• Must come from a fund and have a strong professional background
• Strong financial modeling, analytics, and Excel skills required
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX three days per week
