Job Description:

• Maintain Investment team coverage tracker in Excel and Anaplan
• Track AGM calendar for Investment Team and notify coverage person
• Prepare reports for various underlying funds’ performance, portfolio companies and general investment outlook
• Liaise with  team for fund performance review, deal level cash flows and quarterly deal performance
• Review underlying financials to determine proper fund and vehicle size and coordinate updates with investment team
• Manage process to communicate and record tax related information sellers and work with tax and investment team
• Support legal and compliance teams for review and response to underlying fund amendment requests
• Oversee financial data entry and analysis for Co-Investment portfolio company metrics
• Prepare and coordinate tailored quarterly reporting to select Limited Partners


Requirements / Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized; ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects
• Ability to work well as part of a small, tightly knit team
• Expertise with Microsoft Suite – (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Experience with Tableau, Anaplan, Investran or other accounting or reporting systems
