Job Description:
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long range financial planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business planning
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and risks
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership reporting
• Track KPIs and provide insights to support performance management and cost optimization
• Partner cross functionally to gather inputs, validate financial data, and ensure reporting accuracy
• Assist with process automation, systems enhancements, and reporting transformation initiatives
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from finance leadership
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within financial services or asset management
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Tableau, AI driven tools, and financial systems implementations
• Proven financial modeling, forecasting, and dashboard development experience
• Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives across finance functions
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, data driven environment
• Must be able to work onsite in NYC 3 days per week
