Job Description:
- Assist manager in closing/opening of bank accounts.
- Maintain models on loans interest income and reconcile to remittance from servicers.
- Maintain tracking of new deal deposits and term sheets. Frequent interactions with deal teams
- Act as the operations person on bonds purchases and settlements
- Responsible for all wire processing.
- Assist manager in financing of real estate debt
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong excel skills.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills required.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
