The role will focus on supporting the Corporate Treasurer / Head of FP&A who oversees the Treasury and FP&A process within the finance team and the role will have direct exposure to the CFO daily, and colleagues across the firm’s business and support functions.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
● Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting package, and presentation materials for the
Executive team and Board.
● Maintain and improve the corporate treasury risk and projection model and assist in automating
this onto a more robust technology platform.
● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, budget vs. actual analysis, and key strategic
and performance metrics.
● Monitor daily cash flows and near-term cash needs.
● Assist with the company’s annual financial planning process, supported by a detailed financial
model including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
● Assist in capital and liquidity planning.
● Ad hoc modeling requests for various strategic initiatives.
● Collaborate with senior members of the finance team on ad hoc projects.
● Automation: developing and implementing automated processes and systems to streamline and
optimize the reporting workflow.
Requirements / Qualifications:
● A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
● Strong modeling skills with a high attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
● Certified Public accountant, public accounting experience preferred.
● At least 3 years of relevant experience working in FP&A.
● Strong Microsoft Excel skills (v-look ups, if statements, pivots, data manipulation, etc.).
● Ability to multi-task, work independently, think critically, and problem solve structurally in a
dynamic fast-paced environment.
● Experience with Oracle Cloud and Sigma a plus.
● Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Passion for working in and/or supporting the bitcoin or digital asset industry.
