Job Description:

The newly added position will assist with Cash Management and Treasury processes for Private Equity structures and the Management Company.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
– Execution and monitoring of daily and weekly cash position as well as supporting schedules
– Initiate wire transfers into the Treasury Management System for investment funds flow, intercompany settlements, and other daily wire activity.
– Ensuring validity of daily cash balances, reconciliation of daily activity, and preparing related journal entries when necessary
– Determine credit facility draws for daily and future forecasted cash needs
– Assist with preparation and collection of cash requirements schedule for prospective investments
– Preparation of Quarterly Cash Management Package to upper Management which includes bank fee analysis, interest income, interest rate analysis, and other Treasury stats.
– Facilitate Limited Partners distributions including wires, journal entries, and audit backup
– Track Limited Partner capital calls and work closely with Investor Services on outstanding payments
– Data requests, ad-hoc requests as well as anticipation of needs for internal clients
– Work with banking partners on foreign exchange, service fees, and credit facility activity


Requirements / Qualifications:

– 2+ years Cash Management / Treasury experience
– BS in Business, Accounting or Finance
– Basic understanding of accounting principles
– Cash forecasting and/or credit facility revolver experience
– Excellent computer skills, including Advanced Excel but not limited to creating charts, macros, and pivot tables.
– Excellent communication skills. Will communicate with bank reps, outside counsel and internal deal professionals.
– Detail oriented, quality conscious with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
– Strong analytical skills
– Ability to work with all levels of management and cross-functionally in an open team environment
– Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and ownership of assigned work
