Job Description:

Primary Duties:
1. Manage all external reporting to the SEC, including annual form 10-K and quarterly form 10-Q, with specific focus on drafting all the commentary for the MD&A and required Footnotes to the Financial Statements.
2. Prepare and review all US GAAP consolidated financial statements on a quarterly basis (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Shareholders’ Equity). Coordinate the HTML and XBRL process for submitting the quarterly form 10-Q and annual form 10-K to the SEC.
3. Manage the quarterly Earnings Release to all applicable investors/analysts in the US. Manage business analyst package financial data, review of all Board of Directors presentation related financial data and ad hoc analysis. Research all new and existing accounting pronouncements and ensure that the Company is in compliance with US GAAP and that all new accounting standards are accurately adopted.
4. Oversee accounting department operations including the month-end close process, financial reporting, and cash management by contributing to the design of organizational structure, maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, issuing timely and accurate financial statements and management reporting statements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP), SEC reporting, financial reporting, financial services, economics and projects related to finance.
3. Quality Assurance – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing timely services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
4. Ability to solve problems and concentrate on details, competency in enforcing company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
