Job Description:
- Timely payment and tracking of fund capital calls, invoices and other fund cash movements Coordinate capital calls and distributions with fund administrators
- Establish and maintain operational procedures and processes for the funds
- Support investors with onboarding process Review subscription documents and assist investors with any questions
- Respond to investor due diligence requests (DDQs)
- Update data-related marketing materials (i.e. monthly performance tearsheets, quarterly private equity letters)
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 2-6 years of experience
- Financial services experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment
- Fund accounting or audit experience
