Job Description:
  • Ensure proper accounting treatment for management company and advisory entity transactions, including management fees, carried interest, and equity method investments
  • Partner with deal teams, accounting policy, and senior management on strategic investments and related reporting
  • Manage and maintain reporting platforms (e.g., iLevel) with external partners
  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue reporting, including transaction fees and revenue share calculations
  • Assist with GAAP to Non-GAAP reconciliations and help streamline and automate reporting processes
  • Contribute to quarterly deal allocation processes across funds
  • Support internal and external reporting, including earnings releases and SEC filings (10-Q/K)
  • Maintain SOX controls and ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Prepare balance sheet and income statement variance analyses for internal reporting
  • Assist with statutory financial statement filings and audits
  • Handle ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior management

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts
  • Experience with financial statements, variance analysis, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with asset management, private equity, or financial services environments
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
