Job Description:

• Collaborate with finance and investment team regularly
• Support fund accounting, portfolio valuations, and investor reporting

• Review management fee calculations, fund-level waterfalls and expense allocations

• Review investor capital allocations and statements, capital calls and distributions and notices

• Train and manage offshore outsourced accounting staff

• Review of valuation models and investor reporting
• Review fund and deal performance statistics

• Prepare investor and due diligence requests

• Prepare portfolio company and fund-level reporting for internal and external stakeholders

• Support execution of ad-hoc, strategic initiatives aimed at process improvement and technology system implementations


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3-6 years of accounting experience

• Private Equity industry exposure

• CPA strongly preferred
