Job Description:

• Perform day to day financial transactions including matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices into the general ledger system
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Process outgoing payments by entering wire payments into online banking platform or by cutting checks as required
• Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors
• Understand the importance of proper financial controls surrounding accounts payable
• Understand expense accounts and business unit cost centers
• Demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks and complete work independently and as part of a team


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• AP, Bookeeping, or Corporate Accounting experience
• 1-4 years of experience
