Job Description:
• Oversee and execute investment-level accounting processes across real estate acquisitions, management, and dispositions
• Perform detailed analysis of property, financial, and operational data to support reporting and investment decision-making
• Review property financials, quarterly forecasts, disposition gains/losses, waterfall calculations, and promote allocations
• Track deal performance across a diversified real estate portfolio
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across reporting, data management, and workflows
• Collaborate with deal teams and asset management to support execution of business plans
• Support audits, valuations, and tax return preparation with accurate and organized documentation
• Coordinate and communicate with operating partners and external stakeholders
• Manage, mentor, and support junior team members and administrators
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in investment-level reporting and data integrity
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, private equity, asset management, or related fields
• Strong analytical, process-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage large datasets, reporting, and financial analysis
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to balance detailed operational execution with strategic thinking and process improvement
• Strong business acumen and interest in the real estate sector
• Ability to work fully remote while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
