Job Description:
- Serve as a liaison between corporate, divisions, and subsidiaries, including board meetings and site visits
- Support development and tracking of financial and operational KPIs
- Conduct industry and economic research to inform strategic decision-making
- Support due diligence efforts on M&A transactions
- Contribute to post-merger integration planning and execution
- Help improve board meeting effectiveness and track progress on strategic initiatives
- Advise divisions and subsidiaries on internal governance and compliance standards
- Support special projects assigned by senior leadership
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required; MBA preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Consulting or advisory background preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with financial and market data platforms
