Job Description:
- Support quarterly financial close and reporting processes
- Assist with fund accounting, consolidations, and investment-level reporting
- Coordinate with external tax, accounting, and other service providers
- Prepare and maintain investor reporting and financial deliverables
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial and waterfall models
- Track investor capital activity, including contributions, distributions, and allocations
- Support internal teams with financial analysis, transaction-related modeling, and ad hoc requests
- Analyze fund and investment performance and investigate variances
- Help improve financial reporting processes, models, and internal controls
- Participate in special projects across Finance and Investments
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in fund finance, fund accounting, financial analysis, or investment management
- Experience within an investment management, private equity, alternative investment, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting, capital accounts, and investment performance
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
- Experience with investor reporting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
