Job Description:
  • Support NAV calculations and financial reporting with third-party administrators
  • Prepare and review AUM, performance, allocations, capital activity, and P&L
  • Review management and incentive fee calculations
  • Assist with quarterly financial statements and annual audit processes
  • Support tax-related accounting and reporting matters
  • Partner with valuation teams on private and illiquid investments
  • Analyze portfolio pricing and prepare materials for valuation reviews
  • Assist with accounting policies, procedures, and systems enhancements
  • Support investor subscriptions, redemptions, contributions, and distributions
  • Prepare quarterly investor reporting and respond to ad hoc investor requests
  • Review fund documentation to ensure proper application of investment terms
  • Support accounting for complex investment structures and SPVs
  • Coordinate with administrators, auditors, legal advisors, and other external service providers
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting
  • Train and provide guidance to junior accounting professionals

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or a combination of both
  • Credit or private equity experience required
  • Exposure to credit products strongly preferred
  • Strong fund accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Experience with valuations and complex investment structures preferred
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior finance professionals and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
