Job Description:

• Lead the planning and execution of employee co-investment activity across multiple investment funds
• Manage the closing process for mandatory and discretionary employee commitments
• Oversee setup of entities and partners within internal systems and the general ledger
• Partner with Legal and internal operations teams to support employee commitment onboarding
• Review new fund opportunities and employee participation structures
• Serve as a key liaison between Operations, Legal, Compensation, Investor Relations, and other internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with external vendors and fund administrators on employee onboarding and administration
• Build and maintain co-investment, promote, and commitment reporting
• Develop validation dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity
• Produce quarterly co-investment reporting for employee partners
• Support operational transformation initiatives, including process improvement and automation efforts
• Gather technical requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and reporting tools


Requirements / Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Big 4, partnership accounting, private equity fund accounting, or fintech accounting experience
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting required
• CPA or CPA parts passed required
• Experience working with financial reporting, operational processes, and fund structures
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders
• Tech-forward mindset with interest in process improvement and automation initiatives
• Must be able to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX three days per week
