Job Description:

• Advise on U.S. federal and state tax implications of equity compensation plans, deferred compensation, and benefits taxation
• Provide tax guidance on international mobility matters, including cross-border transfers and domestic relocations
• Support compensation plan design and amendments with tax structuring analysis
• Advise on U.S. employment tax matters including payroll taxes, withholding, and reporting obligations
• Partner with internal HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams on compensation-related tax initiatives
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to remuneration tax policies and procedures across U.S. operations
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting compensation, benefits, and mobility tax
• Support process improvement initiatives through technology and automation tools
• Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for employment and remuneration tax matters


Requirements / Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience for Associate Director level or 10+ years for Director level
• Expertise in employment tax, executive compensation tax, or international mobility tax
• Experience within Big 4, law firm, corporate tax, or investment management environments
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment tax regulations
• Experience advising on equity compensation and deferred compensation structures
• Knowledge of cross-border mobility tax and payroll considerations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities
• Ability to work onsite in Greenwich, CT three days per week
