Job Description:
- Support internal management reporting and financial analysis across the business
- Analyze large datasets to track performance, revenue, and expenses
- Prepare ad hoc reporting for senior leadership
- Assist in improving and automating reporting processes
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation and audit support
- Conduct account analysis, accruals, and general accounting tasks
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Big 4 experience (funds) or management company accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
- Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Willingness to work in-office in NYC 4x per week
