Job Description:

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly NAV packages
• Record and review trade activity, portfolio income/expenses, and security valuations
• Process and review capital calls and distribution activity
• Prepare and review investor profit/loss allocations and ILPA-compliant investor reporting
• Calculate and review management fees and carried interest allocations
• Oversee fund expense analysis and expense processing
• Review fund governing documents including LPAs, side letters, and PPMs
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, auditors, and external stakeholders for reporting and audit support
• Identify and escalate operational or accounting discrepancies as needed


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, partnership accounting, finance, or investment operations
• Experience within private equity, alternative asset management, fund administration, audit, or financial services environments preferred
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in deadline-driven environments
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple financial systems
• Ability to work in-office 3 days per week
