Job Description:

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments
• Execute weekly payment runs across ACH, wire, and check transactions
• Track and process builder-related expenses while ensuring alignment with project budgets and agreements
• Prepare and support billing for builder expense reimbursements
• Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor onboarding
• Reconcile vendor statements and enforce approval workflows and payment controls
• Maintain AP aging schedules and provide reporting on outstanding liabilities
• Support month-end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, and AP subledger to general ledger tie-outs
• Manage expense reporting and corporate card activity through Ramp
• Assist with implementation of AP automation tools and improve workflows as accounting processes are brought in-house


Requirements / Qualifications:

• 4+ years of accounts payable experience across any industry
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience managing high-volume AP processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with Ramp is a plus
• Exposure to expense management platforms and AP automation tools preferred
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support
• Ability to build and improve processes in a growing organization
• Must be able to work in-office 4x per week in Dallas or Phoenix
