Job Description:
- Own end-to-end U.S. payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all cycles
- Manage international payroll across multiple jurisdictions in coordination with external vendors and in-country providers
- Oversee payroll reconciliations, tax compliance, and general ledger alignment in partnership with Finance
- Support audits, year-end processes, and payroll reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Manage payroll vendors and support global payroll expansion and transformation initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Legal, and HR on all payroll and compliance matters
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 10+ years of payroll experience within a financial services environment
- Experience managing both U.S. and international payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance, reporting, and multi-jurisdiction requirements
- Experience with payroll reconciliations, audits, and finance close processes
- Exposure to payroll transformation, process improvement, and system optimization
- CPA, CPP, CFA, or partial designation preferred
- Strong cross-functional experience with Finance, Tax, and Legal stakeholders
