Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier accounting and finance professionals across asset management and financial services
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies for mid-to-senior level roles
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process
- Track market trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams
- Uncapped commission structure

Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1–5+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred) or strong interest in recruiting
- Background or exposure to accounting, finance, or financial services is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
